Lets Make It Happen

Step 1: Get Support/Learn More

Bring together like-minded peers who want to improve communication skills and have fun in the process!

  • Read “How to Build a Toastmasters Club,” a step-by-step guide filled with helpful tips and information.

  • Connect with a Toastmasters leader in your area by clicking the button below to get started.

Get additional support by emailing: newclubs@toastmasters.org. If your company is looking to enhance its corporate training program, email: corporaterelations@toastmasters.org

 Step 2: Complete Application

Make it official by submitting your Application to Organize. 

  • Take the first step toward building your new club by selecting “Start application” below.  

  • Be prepared for the following subsequent steps:

    • Be prepared to pay a one-time charter fee of $125 USD

For questions about completing club charter forms, please email newclubs@toastmasters.org.

Step 3: Recruit and Market

Bring together like-minded peers who want to improve communication skills and have fun in the process!

  • Recruit 20 or more prospective members (over 18) who want to join the club.

  • Designate and secure a meeting location. Is your club meeting online and/or offering a hybrid option? Check out the Online Meeting and Hybrid Meetings resources.

  • Utilize resources below to promote your club and attract members.

  • Be prepared for the following subsequent steps:

    • Complete and submit all charter paperwork.

    • Pay a one-time new member fee of $25 USD per member.

    • Pay the $60 USD six-month membership dues per member
